The Mission: Affordable Housing for All

Capital Area Housing Partnership is a multi-faceted organization dedicated to helping those in and around Lansing find affordable housing, financial security, and successful homeownership status. They connect homebuyers with home-creators—like contractors, realtors, and lenders—to turn homeowning dreams into a reality, regardless of budget or lifestyle.

The feeling of home isn’t just about the structure in which one person or family resides—it’s about the neighborhood and the community that that house is a part of. Another large focus of CAHP is creating a community in which there are strong relationships between neighbors, businesses, and organizations.
