What Level of Coverage Does Your Protection Plan offer?
It offers two different levels of coverage. The Silver plan provides basic component coverage, and Platinum covers most mechanical/electrical parts on an eligible vehicle. Still, not all items are covered by it (this includes tires).
What’s the Silver Protection Plan? What does it offer?
The Silver Protection Plan provides inclusionary repair or replacement coverage for some components that may have been damaged. These include:
Engine parts protected against premature failure due to wear and tear, or exposure to harsh environmental conditions (i.e., atmospheric corrosion). Material defects found in parts caused during production and any other specified failures not related directly with accident damage, outside working areas where there may be elements like sand storms causing fluctuations are also part of the silver protection plan.
What is the Platinum Protection Plan? What does it offer?
The Platinum coverage includes all components in your Chevrolet, including those listed in the Exclusions section. Features that are not covered by this plan will be subject to Deductible fees and other costs.
When Do Protection Plan Terms Start And End?
Simple. They begin on the contract purchase date and expire with respect to the months or mileage agreed to in the contract.

How many deductible levels are there?
There are three levels. Two of those include $0 and $100, and then there is the disappearing Deductible Feature.
What is a disappearing deductible?
A disappearing deductible is a great way to save money on repairs. When you go back to the dealership where your car was purchased, they’ll waive any fees – so long as their plan covers it!
I don’t know what the Commercial-Use Surcharge is.
This will give you protection plan coverage if you use your Chevy for your work.
Can I buy the Platinum Wrap Coverage while owning my own Chevy?
Yes. You can purchase it at the time of buying a new or used vehicle.
Are electrical components part of the two coverages?
Yes. Both the plans cover factory-installed electrical components, including factory navigation systems and video components. But no updates will be part of the package.
